With stores in London and New York, the Savile Row-trained designers behind Thom Sweeney opened a by-appointment loft in Los Angeles with an intent to embrace old Hollywood. We took a nondescript space tucked away on a second floor on Melrose Place, and through lacquered wood, polished metal, expansive mirrors, and walls covered in drapery, evoked a private social club from a bygone era. To complete the experience, a custom bar was added, providing clients with an extra touch of hospitality.
